Boston Burger Company Brings the Sauce to the Brewfest
House-made salsas from the Boston Burger Company are “what’s hot” at the Local Craft Brewfest this Friday.
While you’re sampling brews at SBN’s 3rd Annual Local Craft Brewfest this Friday, try some local salsa from the Boston Burger Company. Bahama Mama Mango Salsa and Inferno Habañero Salsa are made from all natural ingredients, including peppers from the Bars Farm in Deerfield, MA, which Chuck Sillari, one of the founders of Boston Burger Company, helped pick himself. It’s hard to get more local and hands-on than that! Boston Burger Company house-made salsas have become so popular that they’re now available at Boston area retailers.
If your Brewfest experience leaves you hungry for more substantial fare, make your way to one of the Boston Burger Company’s two locations, in Somerville near Davis Square and on Boylston St in Boston. Check out the 24 different, incredibly innovative burgers, including the burgers that come topped with Boston Burger Company’s house-made salsa: the Inferno Burger, a beef burger topped with habañero salsa, cheddar cheese, and spicy chili pepper mayo; and the Bahama Mama, a conch burger with mango salsa and jerk mayo.
All of the beef burgers at Boston Burger Company are made from 100% certified Angus beef sourced from local providers.
Chuck says his favorite Boston Burger Company burger “is probably the Hot Mess,” a beef burger that comes topped with sweet potato fries, American cheese, chopped pickles, jalapeños, bacon, red onion, shredded lettuce, and Thousand Island dressing. His “close second,” the Mac Attack, a beef burger topped with homemade four-cheese macaroni & cheese and bacon, will be featured next Monday, October 8th at 10pm on The Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives with Guy Fieri.
